The Department of Building and Safety has an ongoing effort to improve online services for our customers. As part of the plan, Building and Safety's Express Permit Portal is scheduled to incorporate the City's Angeleno Account on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.

Following this update, users of the Express Permit Portal will have to re-register your account using the same email address that you had used previously on our portal. This re-registration will also require you to set/reset your account password.

No action is required from you at this time. Further notification will be posted on this site following our Angeleno Account implementation on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
